Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS We understand that certain occurrences may effect your ability to keep your scheduled appointment. Our staff works on a commision basis and their scheduled appointments are their way of generating income. We hope you understand we need to ensure our staffs income by implenting and establishing the following cancellation / no show policy. To avoid being responsible for the cost of your session, please read carefully.. If you are ure unable to keep your appointment we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accomodate your needs to reschedule if necessary but in the event you have to cancel within the same day and do not reschedule another appointment with us. A SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE OF $20.00 will be charged at your next visit. If you FAIL TO SHOW, without any notice of cancellation, Such clients will be restricted to walk-in services only and will not be allowed to booking any further appointments, and will have to contact the salon to pay a $30.00 NO SHOW FEE before being able to book again for a guarantee slot. Cancellation for OUR STAFF: In the event our staff has to reschedule or cancel due to short notice we will over a 10% off coupon to redeem at your visit.
